About 25 minutes walk from JR Sapporo station (36 minutes from New-Chitose Airport, ¥1,040)
About 10 minutes walk from Kita-18-jo station (4 minutes from Sapporo, ¥200) of the Namboku Line

The Center for Research and Development in Higher Education is located in the old department of liberal arts (kita-17-jo). It is separate from the department of science (kita-10-jo)
