           ときにその中のdisjointな開集合たちがそれぞれ標準的なsymplectic構造を持つEuclid空間の
           凸開集合とsymplectic同相ならば、それらの和の補集合はsuperheavyである。証明の鍵は
           Conley-Zhender indexの評価であり、この方法を使えばspherically monotoneの場合にも
           類似の結果を示すことができる。

 　　　　  of the Witten deformation. We also explain applications to the geometric

　　　　　　the pseudoharmonic map heat flow without the curvature assumption on the target manifold. This is a jointed work

"Apte's inequality, its generalization and application"

  ABSTRACT: In this talk, I firstly recall a classical inequality on a compact Kaehler manifold, 
　　　　　　which is due to Apte around sixty years ago. My talk consists of two parts. 
　　　　　　In the first part, I will present a generalization of this inequality and obtain some 
　　　　　　Chern number inequalities when the first Chern class and Hodge numbers of the 
　　　　　　underlying Kaehler manifolds satisfy some restrictions. In the second part, I will discuss 
　　　　　　the spectrum of the Laplacian on compact Riemannian manifolds and its rigidity problem, 
　　　　　　which has a famously affirmative answer to the complex projective spaces. I will 
　　　　　　present some new results on this fasinating probem and particularly show that for

"スペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体の特異点解消の一意性について"

  ABSTRACT: スペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体はHarvey・Lawsonにより定義された。スペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体は
            カラビ・ヤウ多様体の部分多様体として定義され、体積最小部分多様体かつラグランジュ部分多様体である。

            カラビ・ヤウ多様体を固定しコンパクトスペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体のモジュライ空間を考える。
            Mcleanの定理によりモジュライ空間は多様体（manifold）である。幾何学的測度論を用いればモジュライ空間は
            コンパクト化される。

            ミラー対称性によりスペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体は正則ベクトル束に対応すると予想される。
            正則ベクトル束のモジュライ空間は「良い」構造を持ち、Donladson--Thomas不変量が定義される。
            ミラー対称性によりスペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体のモジュライ空間（より正確にはコンパクト化されたモジュライ空間）に
            も「良い」構造が入ると予想される。

            モジュライ空間の境界の点は特異点を持つスペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体である。私は特異点が最も単純な場合に
            境界の点の近傍を決定した。より正確には、特異点集合が１点のみで、その点における接錐が安定$T^2$錐である場合に、
            境界の近傍の点を決定した。特に、安定$T^2$錐は高い対称性を持ち、安定$T^2$錐の特異点解消のモデルは全て具体的に
            求められる。

            別の特異点として２つのスペシャルラグランジュ平面の横断的交叉を考える。この場合、一般に対称性は無く、
            特異点解消のモデルの決定は未解決問題である。

            本講演では、ある仮定の下で特異点解消のモデルの一意性を証明する。

            証明方針は以下の通り。２つのスペシャルラグランジュ平面をそれぞれ１点コンパクト化し、そのPlumbingを取る。
            Plumingは境界付完全シンプレクティック多様体で境界は接触多様体である。特異点解消のモデルはPlumbingの中で
            コンパクト化され、深谷圏の対象を定める。Abouzaid・Smithの定理から特異点解消モデルのコンパクト化の（導来圏における）
            同型類の一意性が得られる。

            一方、Thomas・Yauの定理により、（導来圏における）各同型類にスペシャルラグランジュ部分多様体は１つしか無い。
            しかし、特異点解消モデルのコンパクト化はスペシャルでない。

            ここで特異点解消モデルの漸近挙動に仮定を置く。すると、ある最大値原理が成立し、Thomas・Yauの方法が使える。従って、
            特異点解消モデルのコンパクト化の一意性が成立し、証明が完結する。

"1st and 2nd variational formulaes for a new variational problem"

  ABSTRACT: The geometric variational problems in Riemannian geometry have the
            long history. For example, the minimum path between two points on the
            earth is obtained by minimizing the length of arbitrary paths between
            them. It is a subset of a great circle going through the two points.
            It is called a geodesic. This is a solution for the variational problem
            of the length function. Solutions for the variational problem of
            the area function is called minimal surfaces. The concept of these
            two variational problems are extended to that of the variational problem
            of the energy of the map between two Riemannian manifolds. Solutions
            for it are called harmonic maps. In this talk, we introduce
            a new variational problem on the space of the tensor product of
            symmetric (0, 2)-tensors and positive-definite symmetric (0, 2)-tensors.
            In particular, we calculate the 1st and 2nd variational formulaes
            for the new variational problem.

            問題ですが,その中でも物理的に実現可能な安定定常解を求めることは,重要な問題です.しかし,
            多次元領域の場合,定常問題として現れる非線形楕円型方程式の全ての解を求めることは事実上不可能です.
            そこで,定常解が安定となるための解の形状に関する必要条件を考えることによって,安定定常解の形状を
            探りたいと思います.さらに,この問題が,非線形ホットスポット予想と呼ばれるラプラシアンの固有関数や
            低エネルギー解の形状に関する予想と密接に関係していることを示したいと思います.

            As an application, we construct on each Hirzebruch surface a one-parameter family of csc metrics

            ための方法を解説します。さらに k が 4 以下のときにこの方法を実行して得られた極大対蹠集合の分類結果
            を示します。この分類結果と関連する有限幾何学や不変交代形式についても触れます。

injectivity theorem shows that the equivariant cohomology injects to

allows us to describe the image with only the data of the action

we hope that the ordinary cohomology is computed from the equivariant
cohomology. In the first part of the talk, I will explain a
generalization of the injectivity theorem and the GKM theorem to
orbifolds (joint work with T. Holm). In the second part, we look at
the case of toric orbifolds. I describe their integral cohomology in
terms of equivariant cohomology of moment angle complexes and discuss
the conditions when the integral cohomology is the quotient of the
Stanley-Reisner ring.

<td>I am planning to explain Givental's Fock space formalism in the settings of simple singularities. This formalism provides an element in the Fock space that containsvery important topological information. Namely, it is a generating function for the W-spin invariants of Fan-Jarvis-Ruan. Then I would like to explain my old work with Givental, but from the point of view of vertex algebras. More precisely, the Gelfand-Lerey periods of a simple singularity provide a realization of the so called basic representation of the corresponding affine Lie/vertex algebra. This leads naturally to an integrable hierarchy characterization of the generating function. I will try to make my talk accessible to a general audience, especially the part about Givental's formalism. </td></tr>

Abstract: Let G be a compact connected Lie group, and (M, omega) 
a Hamiltonian G-space with proper moment map mu. 
A classical theorem of Kirwan states that 
there is a surjective ring map kappa from 
the G-equivariant rational cohomology of M surjects 
onto the ordinary rational cohomology ring of 
the symplectic quotient M//G. The Kirwan surjectivity theorem, 
in addition to computations of the kernel of kappa, 
give powerful methods for explicit computations of 
the cohomology rings of symplectic quotients. 
We present integral K-theoretic analogues of 
this theory which therefore gives methods for 
computing the integral K-theory of symplectic quotients. 
More specifically:

(1) we prove a K-theoretic Kirwan surjectivity theorem; 
<br>
(2) give a relationship between the kernel of the Kirwan map kappa_G for a nonabelian Lie group and the kernel of the Kirwan map kappa_T for its maximal torus 
(thus allowing us to reduce computations to the abelian case; and

(3) in the abelian case, give methods for explicit computations of the kernel of kappa_T. Our results are K-theoretic analogues of the rational-cohomological theory developed by Kirwan, Martin, Tolman-Weitsman, and others.

リーマン多様体から球面への極小はめ込みを特徴付ける「高橋の定理」の一般化として、リーマン多様体からグラスマン多様体への調和写像の特徴付けを、ベクトル束とその切断のなす空間、およびラプラス作用素を用いて行う。 さらにコンパクト型の対称空間のグラスマン多様体への全測地的はめ込みを用いて、リーマン多様体からコンパクト型の対称空間への調和写像に関して、「高橋の定理」を一般化する。
　また、「高橋の定理」は、Do Carmo-Wallachにより、球面間の極小はめ込みのモジュライ空間を記述するために用いられたが、コンパクト対称空間（もしくはコンパクト等質空間）からグラスマン多様体への調和写像のモジュライ空間を、一般化された高橋の定理を用いて記述する。
　最後に、一般化された高橋の定理やDo Carmo-Wallachの定理の応用について言及する。 すなわち、板東-大仁田の定理やCalabiの結果の別証明、Tothの結果の拡張、Joyceの複素射影空間内の極小Lagrangian部分多様体に関する結果のコンパクトHermite対称空間への一般化などである。

構成法、さらに応用を述べます。
